KUALA LUMPUR, March 15 — Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) and the Ministry of Transport have obtained approval from the Ministry of Health to implement the “Test and Release” arrival process under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) by Air programme, starting tomorrow.
